EasyPesa services are only available to users who are 18 years or older.

• Loan amounts range from UGX 20,000 to UGX 1,000,000
• Repayment period: 91 to 365 days
• Annual Percentage Rate (APR): 22% – 36%

9. Third-Party Services

We may use trusted third-party services including but not limited to:

• Firebase (Google) for analytics, crash reports, and notifications
• Payment processors for secure loan disbursement and collection
• All third parties comply with applicable data privacy regulations.

10. Consent and Withdrawal

By using EasyPesa, you give consent to the collection and usage of your personal data.

• Disable permissions via phone settings
• Request account deletion via support

Note: Some services may no longer function after withdrawal.
